You need to have a rough idea of what your business name should be before you embark on this process.
- Log into your eCitizen Portal.
- Visit the “Office of the Attorney General and Department of Justice” tab.
- Click on the “Make Application” section.
- Visit the “Name Search Company or Business” area.
- Read clearly and understand instructions and when done click on the “Apply Now” area.
- Pick the business entity.
- Key in the name that you want to search.
