Selfcare Portal

The Safaricom selfcare portal can be accessed online on the Safaricom website. There are three types of registration on the site. It can either be individual registration, corporate registration, or non-Safaricom registration.

Registration

• Click on register

• An activation number will be sent to your phone via text.
