Jambojet is a Kenyan low-cost carrier based in Nairobi. The airline which was founded in 2014, is a subsidiary of the national carrier, Kenya Airways. 1). Search for an available flight
- Visit the Jambojet website (www.jambojet.com) and go to the widget at the top.
- Select whether you want a one-way, multi-city, or round-trip flight.
- Enter your travel location (where you want to board the flight) and your destination in the fields labelled “From” and “To”.
- Choose your travel dates in the date input fields labelled “Outbound” and ”Return”. If you have selected one way trip, you will only be required to choose th outbound date.
- State the number of passengers you are travelling with and whether they are adults (over 13 years), children (2 to 13 years), or infants.
- Click “Done” and then “Search”.
2). Select Your Jambojet Flight
- Select your preferred outbound and return flights from the available flights displayed on the screen. You can also use the arrows at the top of the page to see other flights scheduled for other dates.
- Review your flight details, accept the terms and conditions at the bottom, and click “Next”.
3). Enter Passenger Details
- Enter correct and precise details such as names and dates of birth of all the passengers on your Jambojet flight booking.
- Choose baggage allocation and indicate whether you will be carrying any extra luggage on the flight.
- Click “Continue” to proceed to the next step.
4). Select your seats
- This is an optional step where you can select preferred seats for you or the passengers on your booking at a fee. You can also choose a special assistance seat for free.
- Click “Next” to proceed.
5). Pay for the flight
- Jambojet accepts various payment methods; Mastercard, Visa Credit Card, M-Pesa, and Airtel Money.
- Choose your preferred payment method and complete the transaction.
- You must pay within one hour for the Jambojet ticket booking to be completed. Otherwise, the flight will be cancelled.
