Mobile money has made it easier for many industries in Kenya to cater to various payment needs. In the past NTSA only had Safaricom’s M-Pesa and Airtel Kenya’s Airtel money. However, they have gone further ahead and introduced Telkom’s T-Kash into their ranks. The following is how to pay for NTSA services using T-Kash;
Telkom T-Kash
T-Kash from Telkom Kenya is a mobile money payment system that allows you to send and receive money on your handset device.
The NTSA portal gives you the opportunity to pay for services such as applying for a driver’s licence, tracking your application, planning a driving test, getting your driver’s licence and paying for any other costs.
How to Pay for NTSA Via T-Kash
- First you access the NTSA portal. If you have an account, key in the required details. However, if you are new to the platform, you are required to register first using your personal details.
- Scroll through and choose the NTSA service that you would like to deal with. They vary from applying for a driver’s licence to scheduling a driver’s test.
- Follow the set standard procedures for getting the services that you require. Just click on what you need and follow the instructions.
- After you are done, pick the “Telkom T-Kash” option as the method of payment.
- After choosing the Telkom T-Kash option, a prompt will appear to help you finish the payment.
- The amount that you need to pay will also pop up and after confirming the amount, another prompt will pop up on your screen. Confirm the amount and all the details. Key in your T-Kash pin number.
- You will receive confirmation messages from both parties on the successful completion of the transaction.
- Finally, download the payment receipts. You can now continue with any other services that you may need or any further instructions from NTSA. Also, don’t delete the T-Kash message on your handset just in case you need it in the future for verification.
