How to register as a Kenya Bankers Sacco member
To become a member, you will have to fill out the membership application forms and attach the following documents:
- Copy of national ID card/Passport
- One passport-size photograph
- Copy of KRA Pin certificate
- Ksh 500 membership registration fee payable through Bank deposit bankers cheque
After you have completed filling out the forms, you will need to send them to the Sacco in order to open an account. Once your account has been opened, you will be given a membership number and account details.

How to repay your Kenya Bankers Sacco loan via M-Pesa
To repay your loan via Mpesa, go to the M-pesa menu on your phone, select Pay Bill, and enter the Sacco’s Paybill number (400444). Note that the account numbers differ depending on the type of loan you are paying back. Find the right format for your type of loan and enter as your account number. After that, enter the amount you wish to pay, followed by your Mpesa pin, then confirm and complete the transaction.
