The following are the Nairobi Expressway Toll Rates. They categorise the rates from one toll station to the next exit station. These rates are for class 3 vehicles. They categorize class 3 vehicles into the following; saloon cars, double cabs, SUVs, vans, pickups, small vans, and such automobiles.
Toll Rates for Other Classes of Vehicles

Class 1
These are two-wheeled vehicles like motorbikes. It currently prohibits these from using the expressway.
Class 2
These are 3-wheeled vehicles like tuk-tuks. It also prohibited them from using the Expressway.
Class 4
They include light vehicles with two axles and a high bonnet. They include Matatus, buses with up to 23 passengers and trucks that fit such descriptions. The charges are 1.5 times the rates shown below.
Class 5
Includes heavy vehicles with over four axles and includes vehicles such as Matatus, buses that carry over 24 passengers and trucks that fit such descriptions. The charges are four times the charges that are shown below.
Class 6
They include heavy commercial vehicles with over 4 axles. Charges are 5 times the charges stated below.
