You simply deposit cash from your Mpesa account to your Stanbic account at the click of a button from your location via Stanbic paybill number This process reduces the chances of you losing money and wasting precious time that can be used to do other important issues.
How to Deposit Money Via Stanbic Paybill number
- Head to you Mpesa Menu using the sim toolkit, Mpesa App or the Safaricom App.
- Select Paybill.
- Select the business number
- Key in 600100 as the Family Bank business number and press okay.
- Enter the Family Bank account number in place of the account and continue.
- Next, enter the amount that you want to transfer to your Family Bank Account.
- Enter the Mpesa pin number and proceed.
- Cross check the details to make sure they are correct before you continue.
- A verification window will pop up from Mpesa.
Here, you will have a few seconds to verify if the details are correct. If they are correct, ignore or dismiss. If they are wrong, enter number 1 and press okay to cancel the transaction. For example: Pay CFC Stanbic Bank KSh1,000.00 for Account 0126883087613 Press 1 within 20 seconds to STOP this transaction.”
You will receive a confirmation message from both Mpesa and Family Bank. Keep these texts in case there are disputes when the transaction doesn’t show up in one end.
