Zuku is one of the most used internet service providers in Kenya for both home use and office work. They have made it easier for the subscribers to pay for their services via zuku Mpesa paybill number at the click of a button.
What is the Zuku Paybill Number in Kenya?
The official Zuku Paybill numbers are; 320320 for Zuku fiber internet, 320321 for Zuku fiber phone airtime and 220220 for Zuku Satellite.
To use these services, you must have a Safaricom line with a registered M-Pesa service.
Payment Process
- Open the Mpesa Menu on your device.
- Hit “Lipa Na Mpesa”
- Chose Paybill
- Enter the 320320 or any of the paybill numbers for the fibre phone or Zuku Satellite.
- Key in your Zuku account number and press ok.
- Key in the amount followed by your pin number.
- Confirm if all the information is correct and then press okay.
After all is done, you will receive a confirmation message showing that the payment is successful. You will receive texts from both Mpesa as well as Zuku. Save the messages just in case you need to use them later.

- Open the Safaricom App on your device and go to the Mpesa section.
- Hit the bill manager section on the app.
- On the bill manager area, you will find the “popular bills” area.
- The experience is made easier for you so you will find the Zuku icon.
- Key in the account number and then press ok.
- Key in the amount that you want to pay and press ok.
- Finally, key in your pin number.
- Confirm if the information is correct then finish the process.
You will receive confirmation messages from both Mpesa and Zuku.
