It was an exciting time for techies, gaming enthusiasts, and animators over the weekend when they attended the third iteration of Naiccon, the only comic convention in Kenya.
The event attracted a huge number of players and brands. Blaze Kenya, an initiative by Safaricom was on hand to get people joining their movement. It offered plenty of perks to attendees including free airtime.
ASUS Kenya was also on hand to showcase their latest gaming machines, the GL552J, and the ET2230. Attendees were on hand to demo the machine. Perks offered included T-shirts and branded pens, flash disks, and accessories.
Fatboy Animations, the creators of the popular Faiba adverts, were also on hand to demo their latest projects, take attendees through the animation process, and of course, give out some free merchandise.
The two-day event also gaming and cosplay competitions with winners getting phones, T-shirts, and free airtime courtesy of both Blaze and ASUS.
