Zuku Internet; Packages and How to Get Connected.

Zuku has been a player in the internet industry for a long time under Mwananchi group this being their key business. Personally, I feel Zuku internet is much better than any other player, But may be because they have been my service provider for the longest  time compared to the other competitors.

Zuku internet for home has two product offerings ; Internet Only and Triple play- Meaning internet plus TV. TV package comes at no extra cost.

Zuku Internet Packages

All internet connections comes with free Installation, a wifi modem device and optional TV-Decoder.

Following the publication of the Finance Act 2018, a 15% Excise Duty tax was introduced on internet services by the Government of Kenya. The application of this Excise Duty tax by the Government of Kenya led to an increase in the charges payable for the internet component of Zuku Fiber packages.

How to get Connected

To begin the process of getting connected visit zuku.co.ke  and go to products and services section. Select Home internet. From there you will be able to choose and buy your prefered package.

Click buy and you will be prompted to fill a form to give out your details including your name, Phone number and Area of residence. Once you submit the form Zuku customer representative will call you and advise you on how you can pay and  to schedule your connection which should be done within 72 hrs after you make payments.

It is important to check if your area is covered before submitting the form.To pay your bill, please make sure you identify your zuku internet account number on the most recent invoice as you will need this to pay your bill.

How to Pay Zuku Internet Using M-Pesa

1. Go to M-PESA on your phone
2. Select Pay Bill option
3. Enter Business no. 320320
4. Enter zukuXXX in account code where XXX is your Zuku account number e.g. zuku122
5. Enter the Amount
6. Enter your M-PESA PIN and Send
7. You will receive a confirmation via SMS

Payment reflects on Zuku within 15 minutes

You can also make payments for Zuku Internet via Airtel Money, Equitel or Most mobile bank apps and credit cards. Once you are connected you can also refer your neighbor and get a 10% off your next bill.
