We are glad to have gotten a chance to review for the first time on Tech Guy, The Motorola Moto C plus. Moto C Plus is the company’s new budget entry targeted at first-time smartphone buyers.
The Moto C Plus, comes with a couple of improvements. In it, you get an improved display quality, a battery that is almost twice the capacity, and a more powerful processor.

Design and Display
You get a 5.0 inches 720 x 1280 pixels resolution with the Moto C Plus. The resolution is just right for its price tag, but the display size not that much. It would have been awesome if Motorola had decided to go with a 5.5-inch display. But I guess, the size selected was primarily driven by cost considerations. Fair enough.
The Motorola Moto C Plus smartphone accepts the Mini and micro SIM and include Wi-Fi, HSDPA, GSM, GPS, and Bluetooth Connectivity options with Proximity and Accelerometer Sensors. Moto c plus comes with dual sim meaning you can have your two lines in it.
Performance
Moto c plus runs on an updated version of android 7.0. The Android phone also provides a great experience with Mali T720MP3 graphic processor unit and Optional expandable memory with microSD card Support of up to 64GB.
Interestingly to note, this phone runs on a quad core processor which means you can switch between apps without slowing down. You can also stream videos and browse the web with 4G speed.
Camera (s)
The mobile Phone has better performance 8MP back Camera with 1080p videos rec, Geo-tagging, touch focus, face detection, panorama, HDR and 2MP front selfie Camera. It allows you to take stunning photos and selfies even in low light. Plus you’ll be able to take sharp photos day or night using flash or a separate selfie light.
During my limited use, I noticed that the rear camera on the Moto C Plus was quick at focusing. I noticed that it automatically adjusted the highlights and shadows depending on the light, which seemed neat. The selfies look good but the addition of LED flash may turn out to be a great addition for consumers of this price range.
Battery
The new moto C plus is powered by a large 4000 mAh battery that will give you all the power you need. On full charge it can gives you up to 48 hours Talktime on 2G and 3G. It’s something rare to find a budget phone as this with such a large battery life.
Final Verdict
Motorola moto C plus is an overwhelmingly good phone. Someone who has been using powerful brands will find the phone good enough. The 4000mAh battery and display are some of its best features. The phone is fairly priced for a smartphone with such specs.
